By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by pasti77 (the "Platform"), you — the user ("Player", "You") — confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with pasti77's Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pasti77. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your pasti77 account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your credentials with any third party. pasti77 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your pasti77 account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. pasti77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own service charges. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

All bets and gaming activity on pasti77 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or sports market. These include rules governing the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UFC betting, live in-play football markets, slot game mechanics, arcade games, and live dealer table games. Product rules are accessible within each game interface or betting market.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round or live bet, pasti77's server-side records shall be the definitive source of truth. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, pasti77 will endeavour to resolve the round fairly, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you and may be revoked at any time.

This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond pasti77's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.
pasti77's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total funds held in that player's pasti77 account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit pasti77's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
pasti77 reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pasti77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pasti77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to pasti77's internal complaints process as described in Section 14 below.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
